A stimulating program providing the necessary skills and knowledge to be
successful to face today’s workplace challenges.
The competencies covered in this Diploma provide the opportunity
to become a successful leader and achieve superior performance
and productivity through skills in work safety, work priorities, people
management, team effectiveness, operational plans, customer service
management, workplace learning and continuous improvement.
When this program is delivered in-house, i.e. within a company, we
customise the material to ensure that knowledge and skills are aligned to
the organisation and industry requirements.
Participants must successfully complete 8 (5 core units plus 3 elective units).

Duration varies dependent on whether the qualification is achieved via Classroom, Online learning or Blended Learning, as well as individual and Organisational needs.
The qualification stipulates that each unit is allotted approximately 30 -40 hours, which is distributed between classroom or online learning, individual focus and/or on-the-job training. The following acts as a guide only:
Classroom:
Generally participants take 12-24 months to complete this Certificate. The course can be completed sooner depending on experience, and recognition of prior learning.
The maximum duration is 36 months.
Public Programs are also scheduled throughout the year.

Takes approximately 10-20 hours to complete each unit.
Full time duration is 39 weeks.
Weekly: 12 hours a week.
With diligent application the course can be completed in 6 months.
The maximum online access to course material is 12 months.

What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
RPL as it is often referred, is the method by which previously gained learning through life and relevant workplace experience, previous format training and expertise is recognized. This is then married to a nationally recognized qualification or statement of attainment.
RPL involves your submission of evidence in a portfolio.
